Dr. Osborne is board certified in cardiology, echocardiography, internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, clinical lipidology, and cardiovascular computed tomography. In addition, Dr. Osborne is a specialist in clinical hypertension and one of the few level III cardiac computed tomography angiography experts. He has taught at Jefferson Medical College, the University of Texas, and Harvard Medical School, and is active faculty at the University of Texas at Arlington. Dr. Osborne has published original research articles and abstracts and book chapters and reviews on cardiovascular disease, and delivered national and international presentations.
Dr. Osborne is married and has two children. They enjoy reading, movies, travelling and going on mission trips to under privileged countries.
